This policy applies to the Photo Sales Studio product website at https://www.photosalesstudio.com, including direct purchases, customer accounts, Request a Quote, Contact and related support. Separate Photo Sales Studio installations operated by customers are controlled by those customers and should publish their own privacy notices.

2. Information we process

• Identity and contact details you provide, such as name, email, company and phone number.
• Order and license information, including purchased package, transaction reference, license code, support period and customer account data.
• Quote and contact information, including project descriptions, specific requirements and messages you send us.
• Technical and security information necessary to protect accounts, forms and services, such as IP address, session identifiers and anti-abuse data.
• License verification data such as license identifier and registered domain when a Photo Sales Studio license is activated.

3. Payments

Direct payments are processed by PayPal. We receive transaction status and identifiers needed to fulfil the purchase, but we do not store your full payment-card details. PayPal processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

4. Google reCAPTCHA

We may use Google reCAPTCHA on administrator and customer login, checkout, quote, contact and account-security forms to prevent spam and abuse. When reCAPTCHA is enabled, Google may receive technical information required to evaluate the request under Google's applicable terms and privacy policy.

5. Why we use personal information

We process information to provide requested services, complete purchases and license delivery, maintain customer accounts, respond to quotes and enquiries, provide support and upgrades, secure the website and comply with applicable legal obligations.
